    It is selected buckwheat flour with different germ layer and processed by rotating granulation, rolling cutting, dehydration, baking, palpitating, screening and packaging manufacturing procedures.

    The product particles are between 0.4mm - 0.8mm,which is the smallest particle in tartary buckwheat tea industry.
